Returns Policy

 

 

Free returns! If you'd like to try some items on for size, please feel free to order a few things and make sure they suit. If you are placing a large order, we strongly recommend you order a single sample to check size, quality and fit before placing your full order. 

We will only accept returns of one item per size/colour. 

We are more than happy to accept returns for samples.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns need to be processed through our return centre here - http://returns.dori.co.nz/

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

An error while ordering
Sometimes mistakes happen, we understand that. As we are processing hundreds of orders each day, it can be very difficult to change or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as you know there is an error, and we'll do our best to update your order - support@dori.co.nz or 03 925 9609. 

If you placed your order more than an hour ago, there is a very high chance that we cannot update your order. Our team moves fast, to try and get orders out to you as quickly as possible. If your order has been picked and is waiting for the couriers to collect, we cannot change or cancel your order.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dori.co.nz.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dori.co.nz to arrange the return. We

Printed Products 
We can not accept returned products, including defective or damaged products if they have been printed or altered.

Shipping 
The cost of returning your products is the responsibility of the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
