It's an above-average work jacket (which isn't saying a lot if you're a woman who needs a hi-vis jacket) - depends how much you like being able to bend your arms, maybe you have a job that doesn't require you to bend your arms? That's great, but if you do need to bend your arms at the elbow then bear in mind that this jacket won't help with that. It also won't keep you dry but hey, you found a hi-vis jacket in a women's size! What more did you expect? That the patriarchy would bow down to you, that it would be EASY for you to enter a male-dominated industry? Don't be silly, take the scraps on the floor and be grateful you have a job
