COVID19 LOCKDOWN AT DORI APPAREL

Customers and Friends,

This is an extremely difficult time for us all. 

While the shutdown is on, you can still place orders with us. We will slowly be sending orders out with a skeleton crew in the warehouse, these will be shipped out on a 'first in first served' basis.

If you are placing an order for 'essential services' gear (Health or Workwear), please place your order as normal, then send us a message on the Contact Page to let us know that it's an urgent order. 

Courier companies and drivers are still operating nationwide throughout the lockdown period.

Orders for non Essential Services gear will only be shipped twice a week, so there will be delays on those orders. 

Our amazing customer service team is now working from home, so the assistance that we can provide may be limited in some situations.

RETURNS - Our returns team will not be working during the lockdown, so any returns that are sent back to us will be processed after the shutdown is lifted. Returns can be processed here during the lockdown- http://returns.dori.co.nz

Please note that when we do return to normal operation after the lockdown, our team will have a lot to catch up on, so queries and returns could take a few days to attend to.

 

Please take care of yourselves and each other. Please follow the guidelines of self-isolation and please be kind to each other. This is very stressful for us all, but we're all in this together.
